Toni’s problem solving talents have been largely devoted to creating alternate design solutions, both to integrate proposed new uses within an existing facility as well as developing well thought out solutions for new buildings. Her business acumen was recognized by the Office of the Governor and the Maryland Chamber of Commerce in 2007 when Arch Tech was named a “Top 100 Minority Business Enterprise.”
All told, Toni has more than 14 years total experience as an independent business owner, an architectural designer and interior designer and has worked for several leading firms in the Baltimore area. Project experience includes laboratory, pharmaceutical and biotechnology projects as well as public K-12 schools, private and public universities, hospitals, office buildings, churches, industrial, warehouse, institutional, commercial, transportation, multi-family and residential.
ALAN J BROCK - AIA, LEED AP - Principal

Alan brings 29 years experience to Arch Tech, and has worked on a wide range of award-winning projects including laboratory, pharmaceutical and biotechnology as well as medical device manufacturing, nuclear waste treatment, food processing, industrial, warehouse, institutional, commercial, office buildings, churches, transportation, multi-family and residential.
Alan holds a BS in Architecture from the University of Virginia and a MS in Construction Management from Texas A&M University. He is a licensed architect in several states and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. Alan has held leadership positions in the American Institute of Architects at the local, state and regional levels.
